License Grants

The Software is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this Agreement. You do not become the owner of the SOFTWARE through your purchase, download or use. GATor Trading Company retains ownership of the SOFTWARE and all copies thereof, and reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under this agreement. GATor Trading Company grants to you the right to use all or a portion of this Software provided that you agree to the following:

License Restrictions

(i)You may not sell, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, adapt, translate, sublicense, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer this Software except as specified in this agreement;

(ii) all copyright, trademark, tradename notices are maintained on the Software; and

(iii) The end user agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Termination

This Agreement takes effect upon your use of the Software and remains effective until terminated. You agree on termination of this agreement to destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will GATor Trading Company be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or the inability to use the software.

Warranty Disclaimer

GATor Trading Company does not warrant that the software is error-free or will operate without interruption.
