This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected under United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.
Trading Journal Spreadsheet ("TJS") - End User Agreement
("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or single entity) and Trading Journal Spreadsheets ("TJS") setting forth the terms and conditions for your use of the "TJS" software, which includes the Excel Template created by "TJS", associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE").
By installing, downloading (and/or) using this SOFTWARE, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to install, download or use this SOFTWARE.
This agreement is not a sale of the SOFTWARE and you do not become the owner of the SOFTWARE through your purchase, download or use. TJS retains ownership of the SOFTWARE and all copies therof, and reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under this agreement. You shall not remove from the SOFTWARE product any trademark, tradename, copyright notice or other notice.
Grant of Agreement
a) The Software is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this Agreement. "TJS" grants to you the right to use all or a portion of this Software provided that (i) the Software is not distributed by any means; (ii) all copyright notices are maintained on the Software; and (iii) The end user agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
b) You may only use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in a manner that complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction(s) in which you use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including, but not limited to, applicable restrictions concerning copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Acknowledgement
BY PURCHASING AND DOWNLOADING THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS END USER AGREEMENT, YOU UNDERSTAND IT, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Should you have any questions concerning this EUA, please contact us.
