| GENERAL FAQ'S Q: Is this spreadsheet easy to operate? A: Yes, it really is simple. Start by customizing the "Performance-tracking" section to match your individual trading style. Then, record your trades in the Trading Log. All columns are clearly formatted with instructions on exactly what to enter. After a trade has been closed, the Tracking sheet will populate, displaying vital information about your progress in each of your (customizable) performance-tracking categories. A "Getting Started Guide" link is included in each product file and will serve you well in getting acquainted with the product and its various sheets. Also, "Read-me" messages are located in strategic locations throughout the workbook, and... If you find yourself needing additional support, We're here... Just "chat", "contact" or "email" us!
Q: Do you provide customer service for your products? A: We actually take great pride in making sure each and every client is completely satisfied. Feel free to view testimonials of happy TJS users from around the world. "Live Support" and "Screen-sharing" app's are commonly used to make sure all answers and requests are promptly handled.
Q: Does this program reside on my hard-drive or your server? A: It's an MS Excel (.xls, .xlsx, or .xlsm) file that resides on your own hard-drive. You can also keep it in the "clouds" by using a service like www.Dropbox.com for access from any computer running Excel.
Q: Can I download the product to my other personal computers, such as my desktop and laptop? A: Yes! Quick and easy instructions are included in the "Thank You" email that is sent shortly after purchase. You can also use a service like www.Dropbox.com to have your TJS Trading Spreadsheet automatically backed-up and 'synced' between your computers.
Q: Can I use my laptop to run the TJS product? A: Yes, however, smaller screen sizes (and/or) resolutions may require some simple page optimizing for best viewability. Proper use of Excel's "zoom" function is usually all that is needed. There are no instances where you shouldn't be able to use these products, unless of course you're trying to use it on a tablet pc or cell phone app (the TJS is a bit robust for that).
Q: Are Updates (and/or) Upgrades Free? A: Yes, minor revisions, critical updates and most major updates are free. Technical Add-ons/Add-ins may incur a small fee, but are never required. Also, new product purchases (from an older product version to the newer "Elite") are always 50% off for all prior users. Upgrading to a new version or product is always the users choice and should only be done if they believe it is truly worthy of their time and expense.
Q: Does the Product come with resale or sharing rights? A: No - Each purchase is licensed (only) to the individual who purchased it from this website.
Q: What about Refunds? A: Trading Journal SpreadsheetsTM business is that of supplying software that once downloaded cannot be returned. Due to a lack of security and protection with Excel files, and to protect the intellectual property rights of the creator; we don't give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose a refund if the product(s) are wrongly described, or don't do what they are supposed to do (track your trades) or there are technical issues with the product that cannot be resolved. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS Q: What version of Excel can I use? (Need to purchase Excel? See links near bottom of Home page!) TJS Pro: All Microsoft Excel for Windows versions beyond (and including) MS Excel 2002 will be able to fully utilize the products. Open Office, Google, Corel Quattro, Works, NeoOffice, Numbers, etc... Please do not purchase as they may not have the functionality needed to use these products as intended. Please know, we cannot refund any product purchase that our processor says has been downloaded. Our advice is to not purchase unless you have, or intend to use Excel, as we are not able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise from using other spreadsheet programs.

| PRODUCT SPECIFIC FAQ'S Q: Do the products have any specific currency symbol attached to them? A: No, since traders can be found all around the world, there is no default currency.* This way, any currency will be calculated correctly. * Exception: The UK Spread Betting product does display the Pound currency symbol in some price fields.
